Responsibilities
- Speaking with the prospective parent, understanding the requirement and helping the parent to find the best school for their child among the partner schools.
- Achieve the monthly assigned target of student admission across schools.
- Gaining a deep understanding of the schools being represented, curriculums, parent preferences etc.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an academic counselor or in education field
- Multilingual candidates have a plus point
- Proficiency in basic computers and CRM
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone shall be strongly preferred.
Logistics
- The profile involves working from the office
- The job locations are Bangalore and Gurgaon
- The candidate should have a functional laptop along with the mobile phone to be used for official work. The SIM card shall be issued by the company.
