As an Operations Officer or Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out the various operation activities in the warehouse including but not limited to packaging, marking & labelling, documentation and recording and maintaining operational records, as well inventory control. More broadly your responsible will be
· Packaging, marking, and labelling of dangerous goods shipments in accordance with UN and other regulatory specifications both within our warehouse and onsite at client locations.
· Accurate preparation of all necessary documentation, including Shipper’s Declarations, utilizing our IT system, DG Office.
· Assist the Operation’s head in proactively liaise and engage with shipping lines and airlines to facilitate booking, timely uplift and delivery of dangerous goods shipment and to clear paperwork
· Manage the inventory and use for our services being provided.
· Maintain digitally or otherwise record of all the DG related activities, including shipment details and provide monthly report to the management as per management requirement.
· Stay updated on the latest rules and regulations governing the transportation of dangerous goods, including those set forth by IATA and IMDG, and obtain necessary certifications as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Physics or Chemistry.
· Additional qualification or certificate in Logistics/Supply Chain Management and or Packaging will be added advantage.
EXPERIENCE & SKILL SET
· Fresher or those with 1 to 2 years of experience in operations and or warehousing in airport ground handling, port operation, shipping line or freight forwarding
· Have good communication and presentation skill and dexterity with computer system especially excel, word and powerpoint.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Note: As per the requirement of International Regulation, selected candidate will need to complete their Dangerous Goods regulation course and be certified, or both Air and Sea transportation, within 3 months of joining and to continuously remain certified every year thereafter.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
