Job brief
- We are looking for an Fresher HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.
- HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. If you’re interested in kick starting your career in HR and getting a closer look at HR processes in our organization, we’d like to meet you.
- Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Update our internal databases with new & existing employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Check Leave & Attendance of employees
- Will be responsible for screening resumes and application forms. Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates & interviewers.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job board & careers page.
- Need to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Address employee queries and coordinate with the concerns.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal & Written Communication Skill
- Conversant with Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Basic understanding of full-cycle recruitment
- Good interpersonal & Organizational skills
- Must have good attention to details and dedicated.
