1. Calling interested candidates
2. Evaluating based on the eligibility criteria
3. Aligning telephonic/face-face...
4. Onboarding new joiners
5. Participating in making employee policies and ensuring ways to implement those
Business Dev: Business development activities :
- Gathering data from digital sources
- Social media activities
- Calling prospects
