JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintain and expand overall relationships with existing and new customers.
Proactively understand customer needs and manage communications between internal and external teams.
Follow up with the ITC PSPD team for orders in the system and ensure fulfillment as per customer requirements.
Analyze customer pain areas related to order servicing and delivery schedules, providing suitable resolutions in coordination with the mill team.
Ensure timely resolution of complaints and quality issues, with periodic visits to customers to identify new opportunities.
Handle calls, emails, and customer queries, routing information to relevant departments.
Close sales cycles and ensure timely collection of payments.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Commerce (Part Time / Full Time)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the Packaging, Printing, or Paper Industry.
Working knowledge of CRM/SAP and data analysis.
Experience in handling HoD's, Key Decision Makers, and "C" Level personnel.
Fluency in local language and English is mandatory, with exposure in accounts and order fulfillment.
OTHERS:
Must have exposure to market intelligence and competition.
Travel within and outside Bangalore may be required.
Male candidates preferred.
