We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager with a unique combination of experience in operations streamlining, people management, proficiency in Excel, and a background in study abroad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing our entire operations process while effectively collaborating with diverse teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of current operations processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity across all operational functions
- Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making and process improvements
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness and development
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives
- Leverage study abroad experience to bring a global perspective to operations management and promote cultural diversity within the organization
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational performance and track progress towards goals
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the operations team
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and collaboration in support of operational objectives
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations processes
