Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management:
Oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process to ensure timely and cost-effective production and delivery of fashion products.
Collaborate with suppliers to maintain strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
Production Efficiency:
Streamline and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize lead times.
Work closely with the production team to monitor quality control and ensure adherence to brand standards.
Inventory Control:
Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize excess stock and avoid stockouts.
Analyze sales trends and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand accurately.
Logistics and Distribution:
Manage the logistics and distribution network to optimize transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment.
Implement strategies for international shipping and customs compliance, if. applicable.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, including design, marketing, and sales, to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless flow of information across departments.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Develop and manage budgets for operational activities.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or efficiency.
Customer Service:
Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained throughout the order fulfillment process.
Collaborate with the customer service team to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the fashion industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology.
Knowledge of current trends and challenges in the fashion market.
