Job Purpose:
The Logistics Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate operations
supervisors' activities to ensure the smooth execution of logistics operations from
material pickup to delivery. This role involves effective communication,
problem-solving, and managerial skills to ensure efficient operations.
Job Duties:
Coordinate and manage operations supervisors stationed at material
pickup and delivery destinations.
Oversee daily operations, including monitoring check-in and check-out
times of operations supervisors.
Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through daily reports to ensure
smooth operations and address issues.
Collaborate with sales and other departments to address operational
challenges and ensure seamless workflows.
Provide guidance and support to operations supervisors, resolving any
issues during operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and
operational standards.
Maintain strong communication with operations supervisors through email
and essential software tools like Google Docs. and Sheets.
Traveling is required as and when necessary.
