Roles and Responsibilities: Knowledge of Future and Option contracts and Exchange Traded Derivative Regular check on various exchange website to track New and Corporate Action Circulars. Timely creations of all Contracts. Proactively work on client’s issues raised on Ticketing platform. Keep track of changes made or planned events of the Exchanges. Working on issues in timely manner and provide resolution to the query raised on Ticketing system. Work on reports to track KPI for assigned markets. Work on various screens of GMI. Actively work on process Automation initiatives.
