- Manage the team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of client requirements within specified Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Handle client interactions and oversee deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain process compliance according to organizational standards.
- Proactively identify resource needs in coordination with Account Leads to meet daily deliverables.
- Monitor project progress daily to anticipate and resolve potential issues.
- Collect, compile, and present detailed delivery metrics to the management at regular intervals.
- Responsible for managing client interactions and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client schedules and adhere to quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices within the operational processes.
- Process Automation and Efficiency Improvement:
- Recommend suitable tools and techniques for system automation to enhance team technical efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies and relevant procedures.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in client interaction and handling diverse teams effectively.
- Recommend automation tools for improved delivery efficiency.
- Expertise in tracking project progress and proactively resolving issues.
