Job description

• Manage the team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of client requirements within specified Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Handle client interactions and oversee deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain process compliance according to organizational standards.
• Proactively identify resource needs in coordination with Account Leads to meet daily deliverables.
• Monitor project progress daily to anticipate and resolve potential issues.
• Collect, compile, and present detailed delivery metrics to the management at regular intervals.
• Responsible for managing client interactions and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client schedules and adhere to quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices within the operational processes.
• Process Automation and Efficiency Improvement:
• Recommend suitable tools and techniques for system automation to enhance team technical efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and relevant procedures.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in client interaction and handling diverse teams effectively.
• Recommend automation tools for improved delivery efficiency.
• Expertise in tracking project progress and proactively resolving issues.
• Identifying team training needs and ensuring optimal resource utilization.
