We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Officer to join our team and contribute to the expansion of our bike business segment. The Channel Sales Officer will be responsible for sourcing prospective potential clients who are interested in becoming ONN franchise partners, thereby enhancing our distribution network and driving business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients within the designated territory who are suitable candidates for ONN franchise partnerships.
- Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and industry connections to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and requirements.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with ONN and our franchise model.
- Lead negotiations with potential franchise partners, addressing concerns and objections to secure agreements.
- Work closely with the legal team to draft and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for expanding ONN's distribution channel within the bike business segment.
- Identify opportunities for market penetration and growth, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, prospects, and client interactions.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends, presenting findings to the management team.
Skills and Qualifications required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in channel sales, Business Development, or a similar role, preferably within the automotive or bike industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
