Position :Office Assistant Intern

Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma

Additional Qualification:

Good communication skill in Malayalam and English

Good Typing Speed

Good working knowledge in M S Office

Should be able to coordinate all staff members in office related work

Work Profile: Coordinator need to work with Directors and accounts team.

  • Create and update the customer data base . Connect with customers for new business enquiry.
  • Communicate to prospective students who have expressed an interest in attending courses offered by Our Online Academy
  • Provide effective guidance and support service to potential students through consistent and effective follow up
  • Daily work allotment for team
  • Update and share the essential reports to Directors

Female Immediate Joiners preferred

As a office staff, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls, handling customer inquiries, performing clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service.
