Job description

Responsibilities:
- B2B Market Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the B2B market, including customer needs, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape, to effectively position and sell our SaaS offerings.
- Client Engagement: Initiate and foster relationships with existing B2B clients. Grasp their business requirements and demonstrate how our technology solutions can enhance their operations and contribute to their bottom line.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current on our suite of digital products, including apps and websites. Articulate the features, benefits, and unique value proposition of our solutions within the context of B2B relationships.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to the B2B environment. Identify key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations, adapting sales approaches to align with B2B purchasing processes.
- Consultative Selling: Apply a consultative sales approach to understand B2B client pain points and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs. Guide clients through the adoption process, ensuring a seamless integration of our tech-led offerings.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a unified and client-centric approach in the B2B context.
- Client Adoption: Assist B2B clients in the successful integration and adoption of our digital solutions. Provide ongoing support and address any concerns to ensure a positive and mutually beneficial customer experience.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records. Deliver regular reports on B2B sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Tier-1 or Tier-2 MBA degree from a recognized institution.
- In-depth understanding of technology-led solutions, especially in the B2B context.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills tailored for B2B engagements.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in B2B client organizations.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on driving customer success in the B2B space.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
