Strong experience in working in an IT support and operations role. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, compute, network, storage, and virtualization technologies legacy and hyper-converged environments. Strong understanding and experience in working with virtualized data-centre technologies and appliances Nutanix, vCenter, Prism, VxRail, VMware etc. Networking Have a solid understanding of cloud networking capabilities, including network access control lists, security groups, and DNS resolution to effectively triage automation issues and failures. Scripting experience and knowledge with Microsoft PowerShell to build scripts that automate manual infrastructure tasks and activities. Primary Skills IT infrastructure, compute, network, storage, and virtualization technologies. Virtualized data-centre technologies and appliances Nutanix, vCenter, Prism, VxRail, VMware etc. Cloud networking capabilities. Scripting experience. Secondary Skills Communication strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate messages, status and updates to end users, technical teams and management. Problem-solving must possess analytical and problem-solving skills that are required to manage multiple technical challenges simultaneously.
