About NoBroker- Founded in 2013, NoBroker is India's first and only proptech unicorn and enables users to rent out brokerage-free houses, helps them move in, get home loans, avail cleaning and home painting services, pay rent, and access legal services, among others.

About the role:
- The role is a part of mid management and will be responsible to build and manage the revenue funnel for NoBroker Primary Sale BU.
- This involves building a visibility of revenue potential right at the stage of month sales planning and managing the visibility at sales reporting, post sales journey through CRM, invoicing and actual collections.
- The role will involve building systems and processes around the above to not only track but optimise revenue to NoBroker on the basis of payment cycles, revenue loss, growth metrics and overall P&L impact. To give context of scale, this role will already manage revenue for an annualised sales on platform of ~INR 5000 Crs and upwards.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience (similar experience will be a strength)
- Experience with working in a startup environment will be preferred
- Having worked/ open to working in an evolving environment of processes and systems basically thinking and executing on the go attitude
- Exposure to stakeholders within vertical and across verticals
- Ability to work with broken/ spread out data on own and build models around the same
- Business education preferred but not mandatory
