Role Overview:


We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee multiple Team Leads within our Sales and Marketing department. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the General Manager will play a pivotal role in driving overall revenue growth, ensuring strategic alignment, and upholding the high standards of client engagement in the luxury and premium segments.


Job Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Client Engagement and Sales Acumen:


- Demonstrated ability to build & sustain strong client relationships in the luxury & premium segments.


- Proven track record of successfully closing high-value sales deals, showcasing strategic negotiation skills.


- Adept at understanding client needs and tailoring solutions, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.


2. CRM, Data Analytics, Data Presentation:


- Proficient in utilizing advanced CRM tools for effective client relationship management.


- Expertise in data analytics, capable of extracting meaningful insights to drive informed decision-making.


- Skilful in presenting complex data in clear, compelling formats for internal and external stakeholders.


3. Team Leadership and Performance Management:


- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on inspiring, guiding, and motivating teams.


- Proven ability to conduct regular performance monitoring, providing constructive feedback and recognition.


- Comprehensive evaluations of Team Leads and their teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted training sessions.


4. Sales Forecasting and Planning:


- Expertise in conducting detailed sales forecasting based on comprehensive data analysis.


- Strategic planning to align sales activities with overarching company objectives and market trends.

Preferred Industry Experience:


Requirements:


Experience & Education:


- 8+ years of exp. in relevant fields with a proven track record of successful leadership.


- B-school graduates with a background in sales and marketing are preferred.


Technical Competencies:


- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analysis.


- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools.

- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Proven ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving goals.
