ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design programs, develop strategies and driving value growths from Top 10 K outlets, with best in class visibility.
- Driving brand wise growth & region's month value and Basic Sales matrices
- Developing and Driving Super Stockiest Channel, chemist channel and Omni channel.
- Build robust plans for all NPD's / exclusive Channel SKU's with key focus on retail planning basis.
- Benchmark best practices in Industry and competition and constantly Innovate to improve Sales systems and processes systems so as to enable higher efficiency and productivity
- Driving & building a strong team with huge thrust on training & capability building.
