Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager - LE to join our growing team. As the National Sales Manager for Large Enterprises (LE), you will play a crucial role in driving the sales strategy and expanding our market presence in the healthcare sector across India.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Planning:


- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the healthcare sector.


- Collaborate with the executive team to align sales objectives with the overall business strategy.


Team Leadership:


- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge.


Market Expansion:


- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends within the healthcare industry.


- Formulate and execute plans for entering new markets and expanding the customer base.


Key Account Management:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners in the healthcare sector.


- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to nurture existing client relationships and attract new clients.


Performance Analysis and Reporting:


- Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.


- Prepare regular reports for the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.


Budget Management:


- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize results.


- Monitor expenses and provide regular financial reports to the executive team.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred).


- 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the healthcare industry.


- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Skills:


- Strong leadership and team management skills.


- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.


- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and market trends.


- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
