Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales data by reconciling discrepancies.

Sales Performance Analysis:

• Analyse sales data to identify trends, best-selling products, and customer preferences.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance for different product categories and store locations.

Customer Insights:

• Analyse customer data to identify purchasing patterns, demographics, and preferences.
• Provide recommendations based on customer insights to enhance the customer experience.

Operational Efficiency:

• Collaborate with store managers and staff to identify areas for operational improvement.
• Provide data-driven insights to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Reporting and Visualisation:

• Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports using tools like Excel and Bi.
• Present data and analysis to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
