Responsibilities:Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute seasonal product assortments, including style selection, color palettes, and fabric choicesAnalyse market trends, consumer preferences, and sales data to identify opportunities and risksDevelop and manage product budgets, timelines, and calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all productsSource and manage suppliers, negotiate costs, and maintain strong relationships with vendorsMonitor product quality, fit, and construction, and ensure adherence to product specifications and standardsCommunicate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sales, to ensure alignment and resolve any issues that may ariseTravel to suppliers and factories to conduct product inspections and quality checksKeep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements to ensure a competitive advantage
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in apparel merchandising, product development, or related fieldExcellent knowledge of apparel manufacturing, materials, and quality standardsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficient in MS Office and product lifecycle management (PLM) softwareAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlinesWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
