Job Purpose:Defining, designing and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy.Keeping all trendy styles of the season easy to reach customers, weekly display changes as per planogram, change the focal point and window as per new launch.
Role & responsibilities:Design & execution of all in-store VM activities such as creating compelling window & store displays, sales.Organising the effective and efficient utilisation of store space by rearranging, re-merchandising & replenishing new stock as it arrives.VM is responsible for designing and organising a retail store in such a way that enhances the customer experience and drives sales.Integrate brand images in visual presentations throughout the stores.Innovate and implement seasonal merchandising presentations.Initiate unique visual presentations.Create visually appealing displays inside and outside of a store to draw in business.Showcase items, introduce new items, create a positive store image and increase revenue.Excellent communication and a deep understanding of the luxury furniture market are essential for success in this role.
Preferred candidate profile:The candidate should have Excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal skills.Pleasant and Presentable Personality.Special preference given if experience in home decor and furniture background.Ability to present new ideas.Excellent multitasking skill.Special preference given if experience in home decor and furniture background. Preferably from NIFT/Pearl.
