Responsibilities
• Inspect and rectify deficiencies in staff grooming and attire.• Complete opening and closing duties and ensure necessary supplies and tools are set up.• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees.• Follow company and safety policies and procedures.• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and identify ways to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
• Ability to visually verify information and inspect tools and equipment.• Ability to stand, sit, walk, and move objects weighing less than 50 pounds.• Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for manipulating objects.• Ability to move through narrow or elevated spaces and climb stairs.• Bend, twist, pull, and stoop as required.• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
