ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities • Oversee the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and distribution centers, ensuring efficiency and timely deliveries.

• Develop and implement effective routing strategies to minimize transportation costs and maximize delivery efficiency.
• Manage and optimize the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and compliance with regulations.
• Supervise and motivate the transportation and distribution team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain relationships with transportation service providers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable services.
• Collaborate with the inventory management team to monitor stock levels and ensure accuracy in transportation-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions within the transport sector.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
• Pricing Models: Develop and implement innovative pricing models, considering factors such as operational costs, market demand, and customer segments.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Profitability Analysis: Analyze pricing data, evaluate profitability, and recommend adjustments to pricing structures to maximize revenue while maintaining competitive pricing.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track the performance of pricing strategies, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their pricing needs, negotiate contracts, and address pricing-related queries or concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Diploma/Graduate from a recognized university or institute.
• Should have minimum 3to 5 years’ experience in Warehouse Operations
• Experience in preparing Monthly reports/trend analysis
