- Knowledge of Assessment Tools.
- Compensation Bench-marking & Grade Band Exercise.
- Positive candidate experience in Induction
- Supervise Team to achieve Talent Management Goals.
- Posses extensive knowledge of HRMS - PMS, Engagement & Learning & Development.
- Responsible for Reward & Recognition - Sales & Corporate
