AddressManager Strategy for EPC client (2019/20/21/22 - Pass out)
- This role needs someone who is good in analytical skills, aggressive in completing assignments and able to find new avenues of business, liaison with various people for Business ventures etc.
- Drive Vision and Strategy and implementation of strategy across businesses.
- Identify new growth engines for the company
- Develop strategy for growth of international footprint across Various SBU's
- Evaluate strategic acquisitions to create options for capability enhancement / growth
- Develop and implement strategy for internal and external communication
- Identify opportunities in new segments, technologies and geographies
- Work closely to develop internationalisation strategy
- Identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and cost savings through new methods or technology
- Evaluate and create options for engineering excellence
- Identify new business segments to diversify, Manufacturing of Backward Integration in aligned products, Evaluate Build or Buy Cases for Backward Integration
- Proactively evaluate strategic acquisitions / partnership opportunities to create options for capability enhancement / growth
Digital Transformation :
- Ideation and pilot implementation of a digital project
- Premier B School pass out with Engg background.
- 2+ years of experience in Infrastructure allied sector / EPC / Manufacturing
- Understanding of Business strategy frameworks
- Ability to read, interpret and understand financial reports
- Ability to research, understand reports relevant to the business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability establish relationship with various stakeholders
