Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service. - Manage and mentor restaurant staff, including training, and scheduling. - Set and maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and customer service. - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand. - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability. - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. - Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate events and promotions. - Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization. - Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and performance metrics for management review. Requirements: - Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Strong understanding of restaurant operations and industry trends. - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. - Knowledge of IDS and Microsoft Office suite. - Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
