Build a customer centric organization with a Quality mindset through introduction of best-in-class practices.
Aligning processes for ensuring quality of new products development (NPD) with Corporate norms.
Taking care of the Machine shop Quality function for incoming inspection, line inspection, PDI, Warranty Functions
Assessing quality performance in production areas along with the analysis of departmental production goals versus quality and cost objectives
Implementation of Six Sigma tools. Productivity and Profit Maximization.
Work as Change Agent in the company
Develop, train and motivate Quality teams at plant levels.
Industry Preference +/- From Auto Components Industry or related industry
Competencies - Essential
Proven track record of independently managing Quality function in a manufacturing company.
Good analytical and problem solving skills - Strong in statistical tools
Good understanding of Quality systems in engineering firms, with exposure to Six Sigma and
should keep abreast with the latest technology and quality systems used in Automotive companies.
Should be a self driven person, able to take initiatives on his own towards successful
implementation of Quality systems.
Should be from Faridabad or ready to relocate to Faridabad
Strong IPR and ability to collaborate with & influence people to bring the required/desired changes
