Responsible for the overall project customer experience. Manages customer projects, focusing on utilizing SE resources to deliver equipment as requested by customer, customer satisfaction, risk, profitability, and opportunity management. Main duties include project organization and planning, monitor and control of progress and budget, anticipation and management of risks and changes.·
- Order handoff meeting with sales & confirm scope of order·
- Order handoff with customer & confirm scope & schedule of order·
- Setting up project finances (progress billing, manual invoicing, tax exempt, etc.)·
- Verify what approval documents are needed
- PM responsible for reviewing approval drawing quality (approvals, records, O&M)·
- Order conversion·
- Confirm site requirements for drawing and ship schedule & communicate them to the site·
- PM responsible for managing factory release with customer.·
- Warranty/CR claims are over-seen by the PM but can be initiated and processed through CR
- In the case of warranty that require financial transaction (i.e. replacement breakers) the PM must track any financial risk·
- Lead and coordinate local Field Service for startup and post shipment warranty actions·
- Lead the discussions and provide correct direction to the technical team involved.
- Issuing/coordinating third-party PO·
- Change orders/order maintenance·
- GSC engineering/escalations/schedule coordination

- Electircal Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineers with 5-8 years. Exposure of services business into Electrical industry.
- Must have a deeper engineering knowledge on the Schenider Electric range of MV/LV SWGR, Transformer, UPS, battery, battery charger, automation, etc.
- Should have sound in understanding the engineering cycle and brnig our the stakeholders together.
- Shall be proficient in quality checks on the enginereing deliverables and good consistencies in technical response.
- Understanding of Business functions and process, understanding of industry.
- Should have Customer handling skills, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills, Leadership skills, Result / deadline oriented.
