Compliance HR
The role will involve conducting internal audits, participating in external customer audits, and managing statutory compliance measures within the organization from HR standpoint. You will collaborate closely with Legal teams, Finance, Security and compliance teams to ensure all HR processes align with requirements and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute audit plans to evaluate HR processes, policies, and practices internally.
- Assess compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines and act as owner of the global compliance tool.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance compliance efficiency.
- Provide necessary documentation and support during external audits.
- Address any findings or concerns raised by external auditors and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Stay updated on local, national, and international HR-related laws, regulations, and standards.
- Ensure the organization's HR practices align with statutory requirements and legal obligations.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations and compliance status.
Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources /Law.
- Proven experience ( 8+ years) in HR compliance, internal/external auditing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Certification in HR auditing or compliance (desired).
- For HR- Onboarding
Responsibilities:
Onboarding Process:
- Coordinate new hire orientation sessions, including necessary paperwork and training.
- Ensure a smooth pre-onboarding process and provide ongoing support to new employees.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Foster positive employee relations and address issues in a timely manner.
Recruitment and Selection:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the hiring process.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Stay current with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
Performance Management:
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
- Contribute to the development of employee performance and development plans.
Employee Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Address benefits-related inquiries and ensure timely problem resolution.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
- Generate reports as needed for management and compliance purposes.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Contribute to the enhancement of employee skills and knowledge.
