- Recruitment: Collaborate with the SLTs to drive local-level recruitment efforts. This includes participating in the selection process, interviewing candidates, and helping to bring in top talent that aligns with the organizations needs.
- Responsible for Compensation Management Employee establishment.
- Learning Development: Identify training needs for employees and collaborate with PCC Senior Leadership and Heads of departments to plan and implement training activities. Leverage training programs offered by Piramal Groups PLU and LOD teams to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Ensuring Statutory, regulatory compliances, audit requirements resolution of employees grievances.
- Efficient handling of various contracts.
- Administration of employees facilities ie Canteen, drinking water, restrooms, offices, furniture, garden/green belt open areas.
Post Graduate / Master s degree in Human Resources Management from a reputed university
