Responsibilities:
- This role will be responsible for Merchant NPS, Client Retention, Product Adoption, Merchant Growth (direct impact on merchant's busines) and New ARR Addition via referrals.
- Manage the overall relationship with assigned clients and offer consultative advice to help them grow and achieve their goals.
- Ensuring clients receive a higher return on investment by monitoring and managing their accounts, and providing comprehensive insights / support throughout the entire customer journey.
- Work with the Marketing team to publish case-studies, facilitate merchant interviews and promote unique product use-cases.
- Build strong context about DTC / Ecomm and be a product evangelist on social platform + communities.
Requirements:
- Has a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a role that involves managing clients or accounts.
- Exposure to working with brands in the US / UK would be an advantage.
- Has keen interest in product + marketing.
- This role would involve working closely with the product team and marketing teams of brands.
- Has Proficiency in analysis and a thorough understanding of both communication methods and marketing automation.
- Comfortable with excel or any data analytics tool.
- Good articulation - verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder management.
- Comfortable in working from Gurgaon + US time zone.
