Customer Success Associate

The successful candidate will work closely with current members of the Customer Success team in understanding and utilizing data we have and translating that to solve problems and track business.
The candidate must possess excellent data and analytical skills, can autonomously manage requests and drive maximum value and success for the team and our clients.

The Impact:
OSTTRA plays a critical role in supporting global financial markets, connecting thousands of counterparties on our multi-asset networks that underpin the post-trade lifecycle from trade capture, through portfolio optimization, to clearing and settlement. Responsibilities
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Develop and data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Filter and “clean” data by reviewing
Work with team to prioritize business and information needs
Liaise with internal stakeholders to fully understand data content
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Producing reports and charts communicating trends within data to non-specialists
Presenting information generated from data for internal and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
A sound knowledge of financial markets and market participants
2 - 3 years working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing and data enrichment
Knowledge of statistics and experience in using statistical packages for analysing datasets
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Fluency in English and 1 or more language
Good verbal, written, social and interpersonal skills
Active team player who thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on the fly while still having the ability to focus on details
