Hiring for Procurement domain - Scrap
At Procol we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist, to support our clients and users at every stage. This is a key team role, where you will play a critical part in ensuring that the clients are on-boarded smoothly and understand the product features.
The incumbent will be responsible for client engagement, client adoption, client satisfaction and successful business outcomes for Procol’s customers.
What you'll do:
1. Maintaining customer support mechanisms.
2. Assist with the Onboarding & Training of a client.
3. Setting up a reporting mechanism and sending daily reports to the Manager
4. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
5. Update product knowledge on an ongoing basis.
6. Conduct online auctions and prior to that help in coordination with clients in the inspection of material on the ground for buyers who want to see scrap before quoting.
7. Responsible for calling and collecting EMD from buyers for the auction.
8. Help in coordination during the online auction
9. Creation of auction reports and sending them to clients.
