- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Legal Affairs
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CSR initiatives while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- You will work closely with various stakeholders, including senior management, legal teams, community partners, and external agencies, to drive our CSR agenda and uphold ethical standards across the organization
- Develop and execute CSR strategies aligned with the company's values and business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify CSR opportunities and initiatives that contribute to social impact and environmental sustainability
- Research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to CSR and corporate governance
- Provide legal guidance and support on CSR matters, including drafting policies, contracts, and agreements
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations pertaining to CSR activities
- Monitor and evaluate CSR programs and initiatives to measure their effectiveness and impact
- Prepare CSR reports and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and investors
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as non-profit organizations, government agencies, and industry associations, to advance CSR objectives
- Conduct training and educational sessions to raise awareness of CSR principles and practices among employees
- Serve as a point of contact for CSR-related inquiries and represent the company in CSR-related forums and events
