Job Description

Responsibilities:

Curate engaging and impactful behavioural training content that resonates with the learning objectives and enhances the organizational culture
Manage the Learning Management System (Success Factors) - monitoring of adaptation & usage.
Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning & make data driven recommendations.
Develop a rich array of content forms, encompassing digital modules and instructor-led materials, ensuring relevance, engagement, and accessibility.
Ensure timely delivery of learning projects, maintaining a balance between innovative quality and efficiency
Build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders within IndiGo, facilitating collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives
Stay updated with emerging learning technologies and methodologies, fostering innovation and continuous improvement
Facilitate behavioural and leadership training workshops
Requirements:

A minimum of 6 years’ comprehensive experience in developing training Content & working on Success factors
Experience of conducting behavioural and leadership training workshops
Master’s degree general management, or a related field
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of stakeholders
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Leadership qualities, with the capability to lead and supervise a team as necessary.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines
Outstanding communication skills, with a proficiency in crafting compelling content and engaging various stakeholder levels.
Behavioural Competencies:

High attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of work.
Strong team collaboration skills, along with the ability to work autonomously.
Adaptive and quick learner, able to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments.
Desirable:

Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
Proficiency in tools such as Articulate and Adobe Photoshop
