The responsibilities:
• Conducting hands-on secondary data analytics projects to inform a range of business issues, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey analytics, and managed markets analytics, etc.
• Communicate/manage stakeholders, understand business questions and perform relevant analytics to address questions; able to translate analytics to insights.
The skillset required is:
• At least 5 yrs. of experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics
a. Patient analytics using claims and secondary market data.
b. Brand performance analytics and reporting
c. Marketing analytics & Marketing Mix/Promotional Mix Modeling.
• Proficiency in working with data sources like APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub services, Formulary etc.
• High proficiency on data analysis using tools like R, Python, SQL (atleast one required/Python preferred)
Qualitative skills:
a. Independent contributor/Self starter
b. Good communication and presentation skills to present work to Executive Leadership team
• Extensive knowledge of various pharmaceutical industry data sources such as: IQVIA (xPonent, xPonent PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, HCOS, and Patient Level data) or Symphony data
