JD for Channel sales Manager - Mumbai
- Fixing up Franchisees /Distributor & Reselling it to the Market thru them.
- Can we be a city role / State role / Regional Role
- Contribute to the development of the Multi recharge Telecom, Digital Card Swipe Terminals Sales, Mini ATM Le Sales with Direct Team & Distributor.
- Strategy and Marketing Plan including product development and proposition roadmap, financial planning, distribution plan; work with and provide insights to the Product Marketing team to maximize the success of the product proposition, acting as the voice of the customer.
- Design the yearly Campaigns and Activities Plan required to accomplish the Prepaid segment growth and financial objectives, own the Prepaid P&L and growth KPIs according to the plan and recommend timely actions to ensure achievement of the planned KPIs
- Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change initiatives, acting as a hub between the segment proposition team and all stakeholders involved in go-to-market operations.
- Ensure successful planning and execution of campaigns and generate internal reports and dashboards to manage the operational campaign plan with weekly monitoring and action planning at campaign and channel level to achieve KPIs.
- Imparting regular training to channel DSA- s/Channel Manager on new products & process introduced
- Managing & overseeing a distribution network of channel partners in the region
- Managing a team of Channel Partners (DSA) DST /SME with channel Sales Managers ( software/ billing solutions/antivirus/ payment solution Channel Sales)
