Channel Excellence Manager will be leading the following activities for a group of Sales Divisions:
- Lead and collaborate to design and drive channel strategy, aligned to Sales objectives.
- Enable right Reach, Penetration, Portfolio selling objectives.
- Lead and execute the processes for channel partner onboarding, channel performance reviews.
- Effective management of Distributors, Direct Retailers
- Collaborate with divisions to design and implement efficient and effective schemes/ channel programs.
- Closely work with sales leadership, and lead for enhancing sustainable channel engagement.
- Own and drive Digital enablement tools for channel for targeted objectives and enhanced customer experience.
- Drive and leverage data analytics for superior business value addition
- Lead for regular channel performance monitoring, updates, market intelligence
