Manager - Minerals Business Development
BNC is hiring for manufacturing client for the position of Minerals Business Development Manager at Kolkata
Sales Taks:
- Visit the Clients to understand their requirements.
- Making Technical and Commercial Offers
- Following with Clients for their technical acceptance
- Negotiating with the Clients for the orders based on Sales Guidelines
Management-responsibility:
- Checking the orders received to ensure they are as per the offer submitted
- Coordinate the dispatches
- Ensure payments timely
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum qualification: Technical Qualification in Chemicals , or Ceramics or Metallurgy . is preferred
- Sales experience of 3 - 5 years is preferred working with Industrial Minerals and or Chemicals.
- Experience in the Cement Industry is an advantage
- Good MS Excel skills
- Basic knowledge on logistics ( Incoterms , Modals )
- Basic knowledge of refractories, refractory raw materials and competitors
- Experience in sales to the mineral industry is an advantage Self-driven entrepreneur, results oriented.
- Open for Travelling
- Commercial understanding
- Fluency in writing and speaking English; every additional language will be considered an asset.
- Ability to Build Relations with all our Clients and with colleagues
- Ability to identify and report areas of possible conflicts between RHIM strategy and market trends.
