Business Development Executive

Experience- 3 years


**1st month will be Work From Home**

**Candidate must be willing to relocate to Kolkata after 1 month of Joining**



Responsibilities-

  • Manage and respond to inbound leads from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, social media, and industry associations.
  • Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all BD activities and client interactions.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights.
  • Develop strong connections with clients to make sure they come back for more business.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and network events.

Qualifications-

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience.
  • Proven track record of success in Business Development, sales, or account management within the digital marketing industry.
  • Must have agency background experience
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
