Job Description & Key Requirements for recruitments - Location would be Pune, Chennai and Kolkata.
1. Focus on large projects, business houses and new upcoming investments in the given business segment.
2. Identifying opportunities for new Business Development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
3. Product positioning and creating value proposition for the client and demonstrate ROI.
4. Meeting consultants for obtaining approvals and promoting new products, spec-in activity based on product differentiators.
5. New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
6. Crete sales pipeline (enquiry Bank) and track the same for better conversion.
7. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities with end-to-end responsibility.
8. Holding presentations, seminars and attending conferences to create strong presence with potential clients.
9. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
10. Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world and update the same internally for necessary changes in Business strategy.
11. New product development to support new business and upcoming market trends.
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical with MBA is preferred.
- Exposure to end user segment Or having performed BD role with B2B experience.
- Verbal and written communication skills, Presentation skills is must.
- Ready to travel at remote site locations, rural area, able to handle pressures.
