About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Facility Manager responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the organization's facilities and assets, ensuring that they meet legal requirements and health and safety standards. The role of Facility Manager will focus on using the best business practices to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity. As a Facility Manager, you will operate across different business functions, working on both a strategic and operational level.

This position will report to the "Managing Director - India" & work out of New-Delhi Office. You will be leading teams working out of New-Delhi & Bengaluru offices.

What you'll do:

General Administration & Facility Management :

  • Develop & implement administrative procedures and policies.

  • Manage and maintain physical office space, while ensuring 24*7 operations, including but not limited to following

  • Space planning

  • Parking maintenance

  • Safety & Security

  • Housekeeping - electrical, plumbing, etc.

  • Inventory management

  • Equipment, Networking and Communication devices,

  • Own procurement through Vendor and Contract management including but not limited to following

  • Building and grounds maintenance

  • Cleaning, catering and vending

  • Health and safety

  • Security

  • Utilities and communications infrastructure

  • Space management. etc.

  • Budgeting & Control by managing office stationery and supplies, petty cash, vendors and service contracts.

  • Maintain office canteen and promote canteen Ensure purchase/fulfillment & replenishment of office food and water supplies

  • Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements, preparing the budget, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs & analyzing variances

  • Plan, research and analyze procuring additional and/or alternative office space as well as management of any physical office moves. (Pan India Office Location)

  • Oversee the travel arrangement, accommodation and travel insurance for employees traveling domestic & international.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Support:

  • Partner with IT to manage telecommunications systems, including the installation
  • Partner with the People (HR) team to plan and manage events like Office Parties, Picnic, Birthday, Guests, etc.
  • Partner with Finance Team to ensure :
  • Timely submission of return as per the various legal provisions and updating the different types of registers, forms required under various Labour Laws.
  • Renewing of licenses and contracts etc.
  • Renewal of insurance policies - medical, equipment, key management persons, etc.

You are someone with:

We'd love for you to have:

  • Education: MBA or any equivalent
  • Experience: 5+ Years of experience.
