Job Overview
We are hiring a Manager Accounts & Finance to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in financial accounting and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in financial accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in financial accounting software and MS Office
- Experience with tax compliance and reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
- Conduct regular financial audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure financial goals are met
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor cash flow and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial industry trends
