About the function:
VISA Line of Business plays a vital role in facilitating hassle-free travel experiences for customers by providing comprehensive visa services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional customer support throughout the visa application process.
About the role:
As a key member of our VISA product team, you will drive substantial positive impact on our business by identifying opportunities to deliver value to our end customers. You will be collaborating with various business, technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to grow our crucial business metrics such as growth, conversion, monetization, NPS, operational efficiency and cross-selling effectiveness. This role will include management of our customer facing funnels across platforms, enhancing our VISA architecture, back-end connectors, bots and CMS, optimization of our in-house operations tools and other strategic initiatives, including working closing with key stake-holders in the eco-system to influence and lead adoption of technology in this domain.

- An ability to go deep in solutioning and getting your hands dirty whether it is user experience, design or technology
What you'll be doing:
- Conceptualize and build new products & features which are accurate, scalable and impactful.
- Ambitiously think and define product vision and strategy.
- Own product releases by collaborating with technology, design and QA teams.
- Define & own product KPIs for your product.
- Build strong product insights through consistent customer engagement and market research and contribute to product vision.
- Evaluate market competition and position the product line to appeal to the user.
- Constantly analyze product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experience.
Qualification & Experience:
B.tech or MBA graduates from reputable institutes with 6 to 10 years of experience in a Product Management role within a consumer-facing, technology-enabled business/product in the e-commerce industry.
