To ensure Preventive Maintenance adherence at plant
Plant Maintenance/ Machine Shop Maintenance
Spare part Management Planning, Procurement, Spare & Inventory
cost control
Critical Spare planning
Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) & Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)
Lean Manufacturing : TPM Zero leakage at Shop floor and 5S
Hydraulic & Pneumatics maintenance
Data Management & Team Management
Vendor Managemet
Qualifications & Experience
BE Mechanical (Full Time) with 13-15 plus years experience
Industry Preference Automobile/Auto Ancillary/ Gear, Brakes, Clutch/ Metal Manufacturing /
any other manufacturing industry having experience of CNC Machines
and Hydraulic &Pneumatics
Skills and
Competencies -
Functional
Strong communication, flavor to teach & train people.
Should have strong knowledge of Hydraulic & Pneumatics, CNC
Machines, Special Purpose Machine (SPM), Ball screw, Gear Box,
Bearings etc.
Passion to solve problems & improve.
Polished personality / stature with nice communication skills
