Job Overview
We are seeking a Loan Sales Executive to join our team at Ikamate HR India Pvt. Ltd. As a Loan Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various loan products to potential customers. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have less than 1 year of experience and possess excellent communication skills. Knowledge of home loans, mortgage loans, personal loans, and field sales is also required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Less than 1 year of experience in Loan Sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of home loans, mortgage loans, personal loans, and field sales
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell various loan products to potential customers
- Contact potential customers to explain loan products, answer questions, and provide information
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about loan products, interest rates, and payment terms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Assist customers with loan applications and paperwork
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products and pricing
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
