AddressLimese is looking for a detail-oriented and analytically skilled Supply Chain & Demand Planning Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for an individual contributor who is passionate about the operational side of the beauty industry and is eager to provide strategic insights while being hands-on with the Supply Chain and Demand Planning processes.
Key Responsibilities:-
Demand Planning and Inventory Management:
- Develop accurate forecasts for product demand, considering seasonal trends, promotions, and historical data.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, avoiding overstocking or stockouts.
- Work closely with the brand relations team to align demand forecasts with marketing strategies and sales goals.
Operational Efficiency:
- Analyze Supply Chain processes to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and distribution of products.
Strategic Analysis:
- Provide strategic recommendations on discounting strategies and profitability, based on in-depth analysis of sales trends and market demands.
- Evaluate the impact of Supply Chain decisions on the overall business and advise the brand team accordingly.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to Supply Chain and inventory management.
- Create detailed reports and present findings to senior management, offering data-driven insights for decision-making.
Cross-Functional Support:
- Act as a bridge between operations and the brand team, providing operational insights that can influence brand strategy.
- Support new product launches by ensuring availability aligns with marketing campaigns and consumer demand.
