- Organizing and presenting documentary evidence, analyzing weak cases, and proactively seeking settlements beneficial to the company.
- Communicating key legal issues to department heads promptly.
- Coordinating with and onboarding lawyers.
- Handling police complaints and liaising with authorities.
- Reporting pending litigation to relevant departments and authorities promptly.
- Reviewing lease and license agreements, providing legal advice to administration, and offering opinions on claim repudiation.
- Addressing statutory notices from authorities and ensuring timely responses.
