Designated as the Company Secretary of the entity and responsible for all day to day secretarial, legal and compliance affairs
Job Description:
- Handle all secretarial, legal and compliance matters of the company (corporate, commercial, regulatory, litigation, etc.)
- Convening board and shareholders' meetings, prepare minutes, maintain statutory registers, filing forms and returns etc
- Drafting, vetting, and negotiating of various agreements including but not limited to NDA, MSA, SOW, term sheets, deeds, and other legal documents.
- Work closely with the business teams, render advisory on compliance matters, conduct regular training on company policies and procedures.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel, oversee legal proceedings, and represent the Company in legal matters when necessary.
- Knowledge of labour law related compliance including related statutory filings.
