  • For Outright Purchase of Plot and Flats.

  • To make letter of Allotments

  • To make Sale Agreement

  
  

  • To Be Able To Search And Give Title Of Property
  • At lands records office and Talathi / Tahasildar Office

  • At stamping offices

  • At City Civil Court

  • At High Court

  • To Check 7/12 extract and Mutation Entries

  • To Check Property Card, D.P. Remarks

  • Other required papers to search.

  • BMC records

  • Plot inspection and submission of actual position of Plot.
  • To Maintain Hard & Soft Copy Of Legal Files.
  • To Finalize Advocate Work And Fees.
  • To Represent In Police Station And To Lodge N.C. / F.I.R.
  • To Take Proper Decision And Lead The Team In Crisis Management Or Work.
  • To Be Able To Do 7/12, Property Card Name Transfer Work In CTS Office.
  • Should Be Able To Do Stamping And Registration Work And Adjudication Work Of Stampings And Bring Index-2 Form Registrar Office.
  • Should Be Able To Attend Court Dates, Prepare Proper Replies, To Co- Ordinate With Sr. Advocates, Solicitors, Counsels, To Take Appointments And To Bring Result In Case.
  • Assisting In Preparation Of Work Orders.
